Request Process• I'm not working with any kind of forms. If you want to commission me, let's just have a nice chat. Add me on Discord or DM!Queue & Payment•Joining the Waitlist: There is no upfront fee to join my waitlist. You can secure your spot for free by discussing your request with me first.•Invoicing: I will only send the invoice and request payment when I am about to start working on your commission (as your turn in the queue approaches).•Payment Method: Payment via PayPal Invoice or WISE.•Full or Partial Payment: For smaller commissions, full payment is required upfront once your slot is active. For larger projects ($250+), we can discuss a 50/50 payment plan.No Refunds: By paying the invoice, the client confirms they have read and agreed to my Terms of Service. Payments are non-refundable once the work has started.Working progress• Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval, please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. I will provide updates at key stages (Sketch, Flat Colors, and Final Render) for approval.
• During the sketch phase, I don’t charge for minor adjustments. However, if the changes drastically alter the course of the commission—such as a complete pose change or if I need to redo 70% or more of the sketch—there will be an additional fee.
• If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You always receive the PNG file of your artwork along with the different versions (if there is any) and a small watermark with my signature.General information• You cannot claim my art, designs, or other works/commissions made by me as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.
• You can not make changes on your own or have it edited by a 3rd party.
• If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted it may cost extra.
• Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive.
• Pay attention to which type of request better fits what you're looking for. My half-bodies are thighs up. My character creation commission isn't the same as a character sheet commission (I'm not offering those at the moment). I do not work with simpler renders or sketches.
• You’re allowed to change your request before I start your commission.
• Every finished commission will be sent via e-mail, if something happens, please let me know as soon as possible.Artist rights• As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.
• I have the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.
• I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.
• I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.
• It may take a while to finish the commission. Unless it is a priority commission then it'll be completed within the agreed deadline (usually 3 to 21 days once I get to your slot).
• Please be patient and keep in mind that I work with multiple commissions and projects simultaneously, in addition to other personal responsibilities that I have, I ask you to be kind in case I take a little longer with your order because I want to deliver the best result of my work to you!Priority commission• You can order a priority commission when you want to skip the waitlist and get the commissions done by a deadline. The priority fee is up to 75% of the total price.
